For the past couple of weeks I've been refining the concept a bit more, as well as taking stock of things that I need to do. A few days ago I also added to the project.  For the next demo you will arrive at the Abbey, meet new faces and gain an introduction to the gameplay elements.

Each day has 6 blocks of time, which can be used freely for the most part. While moving around the abbey doesn't take up time, social interactions, events and other actions require 1 or more blocks to complete.  There are also character building aspects which can determine your progress with a character (example, Charisma, Courage, Devotion) : example, needing a certain level of Charisma to get farther with a particularly frosty woman.

In addition, there's also a physical set of qualities that you can improve on. I'm on the fence about including some other aspects I had in mind, so for now I'll just leave it at this.

I've also done a few improvements to the gameplay experience, such as background / mood music (took a while as I didn't want to use the generally recycled files), a few sound effects, and also added / changed a few things from the original demo (minor stuff). 

I also wanted to invite you to check out one of my favorite characters so far (although she won't enter the project for some time):

While I won't elaborate on her role,  I will say that she plays a major role at some point in the game. Based on the image, it's obvious that she's a daemon -- but the reason I like her is due to the character design. Another major reason is her role in the game, which will shake things up a bit.

I won't put a specific date on the next release, largely because the next few days look to be pretty busy for me. But I will say that the next demo will be available within the next ten days or so. I also want to include a few hours of gameplay at that time in order to offer a more substantial experience this time around, as far as how much we will see.
